The Education Minister has warned teachers to be realistic and stop shifting the goal posts

Strike action is looming after primary teachers and principals overwhelmingly rejected the Government's latest offer.
Chris Hipkins says there is no more money.
He says it's frustrating that as the Government addresses one issue, teachers move on to another one.
Hipkins says last year Learning Support Coordinators were the biggest issue for teachers, so the Government put more money into that.
Butt suddenly they're now focused on release time.
