    A 14-year-old has appeared in court in Dunedin charged with attempted murder - after a police officer was attacked


    Inspector Matenga Gray says the teen was arrested on Friday and charged with attempted murder.

    A source has told the Otago Daily Times the victim was a police officer.

    A police spokesperson says they can't comment on the incident.
