Ireland rugby captain Rory Best has announced he'll retire after this year's World Cup in Japan

He says it's with mixed feelings he announces his retirement from Ulster rugby after this season but it feels like the right time.
Best has spent 15 seasons at the top level and helped Ireland win the Six Nations four times including two Grand Slam triumphs.
He's also been captain in the first two wins over the All Blacks.
