A laptop, cash and 17 men's watches - worth nearly 15-thousand dollars - were stolen early Sunday morning.
Police are still hunting for a suspect in a grey Toyota Corolla who was last seen heading towards Southland.
Jamie's Jewellers co-owner Clyde Vellacott says he spent most of the weekend getting ready to reopen - but the missing laptop might be a problem.
He says it was used to process transactions - and he's not sure what he'll do without it.
