The court is hearing their arguments for being paid for non-contact time - for class preparation and admin work.
Full-time teachers are entitled to several hours a day - but part-timers aren't.
Lisa Hargreaves is one of four women taking the case.
She says it's also about gender equality in the workforce, with most part time teachers being female.
