A survey of principals has exposed the gap between internet access at low and high decile schools

The state-owned Network for Learning survey shows 84 per cent of schools in the top three deciles believe at least three quarters of their students can access the internet at home.

That's compared to only 15 per cent of low decile schools.

Executive director of 20/20 Trust Laurence Millar says the lack of access is having an impact on kids' learning.
