    Police have charged a 22-year-old man after an alleged road rage incident on Auckland's Albany Highway on Saturday night


    a number of people called police after a man was seriously injured by being thrown off a car's bonnet and run over.

    The driver allegedly involved has been charged with failing to stop to ascertain injury.

    He'll appear in court on Friday.

    The injured man is in Auckland City Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
