The top two men's seeds have cruised into the second round of the French tennis Open

The top two men's seeds have cruised into the second round of the French tennis Open

World number one Novak Djokovic and defending champion Rafael Nadal have dropped just 14 games between them in their opening matches.

In the women's draw, fourth seed Kiki Bertens and eighth-seed Ashleigh Barty have also advanced, however former world number one Caroline Wozniacki's been stunned love-6 6-3 6-3 defeat to Russia's Veronika Kudermetova.

She says she hasn't had the best lead-in which has been frustrating, but there's nothing she can now do about it.
