    Rents just keep rising in the capital


    Statistics New Zealand's released its May rental price data.

    Consumer prices manager Gael Price says Wellington has a very high rate of rental inflation, ranging between seven and eleven percent this year.

    Price says Wellingtonians who are changing tenancies will notice a significant difference in what they have to pay.
