Doctors and nurses can get caught in the middle when parents disagree about vaccination

A mum and dad are battling in the Family Court over the issue.
The father wants his daughter to have shots before she starts school, but her mother is concerned about an adverse reaction.
Medical Protection Society advisor, Dr Tim Cookson, says it creates a real dilemma for GPs and nurses.
He says if the GP or nurse is aware the parents don't agree, they should not vaccinate.
