    Two people have been arrested after a person was allegedly seen with a firearm outside Wellington Hospital


    A police spokesperson says there were no reports it was presented or shot.

    A passerby says about 15 police were on the steps outside the hospital, with at least two holding their guns at a man.

    Capital and Coast DHB says the matter was resolved quickly with no effect on patients, visitors or staff.
