A cheeky Liverpool fan has had a crack at Manchester United as they trained in Perth

A cheeky Liverpool fan has had a crack at Manchester United as they trained in Perth

Up to 10,000 fans turned out to the WACA to watch the Red Devils go through their paces ahead of the pre-season tour in Australia.

But eyes were diverted upwards as a plane flew over the ground, with a banner in tow reading 'Liverpool FC - 6 time European Champions!'

Liverpool won their sixth Champions League title last season, ensuring they have now doubled Manchester United's tally.
