The Early Childhood Council says a new pay deal could result in problems within the sector

Kindergarten teachers are set to vote on the latest settlement today after four days of negotiations.

It includes pay parity with primary and secondary school teachers, a one off 15-hundred dollar payment and increases to head and senior teacher allowances.

Council chief executive Peter Reynolds says it'll result in some getting a pay increase and others not.
