The Silver Ferns have shown their ability to push Australia to the wire before falling to defeat in the Netball World Cup cross-over match in Liverpool

The Ferns have gone down 50-49, surging from an eight goal deficit in the third quarter.
Maria Folau missed a shot to level the match with seconds left.
Coach Noeline Taurua made several changes in the third quarter and Casey Kopua says the substitutions helped them get back in the game.
She says they can't just have seven players and it's something they've really worked on.
The Silver Ferns will face the winner of the England-South Africa game in the semis.
England was in front 33-21 a short time ago in the third quarter.
