Police have acknowledged errors of judgment by officers during a driver pursuit in Huntly in 2017

An IPCA report's found an officer was unjustified in firing warning shots, as was his decision to arm himself.
It also found another officer's kicking the man in the midriff was unjustified.
Police say they deal with fast-moving and ever-changing situations every day - but the officers could have made better decisions.
The officers involved have now had intensive training on situational awareness, decision making, and use of tactical options.
