Two building industry companies are due in court accused of major health and safety breaches

WorkSafe has charged 'Just Brilliant' and Ikon Homes NZ with failing to ensure the health and safety of workers, and exposing them to risk of death or injury.
Auckland man Jeremy Haldane was crushed by a 400-kilogram piece of timber roof framing in November 2017.
He been receiving treatment ever since.
WorkSafe says there have been 11 construction injury deaths this year - more than any annual total since records began in 2011.
