NRL's Cronulla winger escapes with $1200 fine if he accepts an early plea
Cronulla winger Ronaldo Mulitalo will escape with a fine of just over $1200 if he accepts an early plea after copping a contrary conduct charge by the NRL's match review committee
10 August 2019 - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz
The charge relates to Mulitalo's contact after tackling Penrith winger Josh Mansour during the Sharks' loss.
Mansour's eye required attention following the incident.
Should he unsuccessfully challenge the ruling, Mulitalo will have to pay just over $1500.
