A man caught in an indecent act in the teen section of Dunedin Library was on bail on a charge of rape at the time

The 38-year-old has appeared in Dunedin District Court, admitting to the act, and jailed for four months.
Judge Emma Smith says the man headed to the section to masturbate, in a premeditated act.
It was caught on CCTV, and he was three metres away from a girl who was reading, but remained oblivious.
The man has name suppression, as he's appearing in court again in November on the rape charge.
