    A hit in the pocket for Air New Zealand staff

    The airline's before tax earnings have fallen 31 percent to 374-million this financial year.

    Last year about eight thousand-500 staff were paid bonuses of up to 18-hundred dollars.

    This year they'll receive a bonus of just a hundred dollars, reflecting the company's overall performance.
