    New Zealand's K4 500 kayaking crew has paddled straight into the final at the world championships in Hungary


    Lisa Carrington, Kayla Imrie, Aimee Fisher and Caitlin Ryan have won their heat and avoided the semi-final.

    The K2 500 of Ryan and Alicia Hoskin also qualified for their final after a third-place in the semis.

    Quaid Thompson's posted a personal best time to do likewise in the K1 1000.
