Compensation for a woman sacked after complaining when a comment was made about her breasts

Compensation for a woman sacked after complaining when a comment was made about her breasts

A man falsely claimed to co-workers her Tinder profile had a picture of her breasts on it.

No action was taken against him, so she took out a personal grievance.

Days later she was told about a proposed restructure that would make her redundant.

The Employment Relations Authority found her work failed to provide a safe environment and unjustifiably dismissed her.

She's received almost 45-thousand-dollars in compensation.
