Richie Stanaway's just happy to finally be back in the Australian Supercars mix

The kiwi driver has returned to the competition with Garry Rogers Motorsport at this weekend's round at the Bend in Adelaide after 13 weeks out due to a protruding disc in his neck.

Stanaway took part in practice yesterday and says it was tough watching on TV, so it's good to be back in the car.

Qualifying starts at 3:05pm.
