The free jobs and skills sites in Manukau and Glenfield will build on the success of the Tamaki, central city, and Auckland Airport hubs.

The service helping jobseekers and employers is funded by the Sector Workforce Engagement Programme.

Employment Minister Willie Jackson says the existing hubs have helped more than one and a half thousand people into work.

He says the new ones will focus on construction and infrastructure, which in Auckland will need about 56 thousand workers in the next decade.
