A Kiwi study shows nicotine vaping's one way to help people stop smoking

Auckland University researchers followed more than 11-hundred people for six months... and showed smokers using nicotine-filled e-cigarettes were better at quitting than those who vaped without the chemical.
But they say the best results are from combining nicotine vaping with a nicotine patch.
Lead investigator Dr Natalie Walker says they even saw improvement in issues like asthma and depression over the course of the study.
But Walker says they can't draw any conclusions on long-term health effects.
