Australian coach hints Pat Cummins may be rested for final Ashes test

Australian coach Justin Langer's hinted Pat Cummins may be rested for the final Ashes test at The Oval, after four months of cricket in England

The right-armer is the only one of Australia's six-strong pace attack to play all four tests, in addition to the World Cup.

Cummins has taken a series high 24 wickets at an average of 17.41 from 164 overs.

He delivered 48 of those during the win at Old Trafford, bowling on days two, three, four and five.
