    Wales coach Warren Gatland claims his side has been deliberately holding back after some lacklustre warm up tests for the Rugby World Cup


    The Welsh lost to Ireland home and away before heading to Japan where they play their opening match against Georgia next Monday.

    Gatland says they haven't shown a lot and have played differently, but now the focus is on getting out of their pool.
