    Three people are due to appear in court today after a big drug bust in Manawatu


    Two men aged 42 and 37 are charged with participation in an organised group, and money laundering.

    A 36-year-old man is charged with possession of methamphetamine for supply.

    Six others have been charged in connection with the bust centred in Shannon, which involved police seizing over 3 million dollars in assets

    Included in the haul were properties, 37 high performance vehicles, 210 thousand dollars in cash and weapons including a banned AR-15 semi automatic rifle.
