Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris is set to miss the rest of 2019 with a dislocated elbow

The Frenchman suffered the injury after falling in the English Premier League football loss to Brighton at the weekend, and isn't expected to train again until next year.

The club says surgery won't be required but their captain has ligament damage.
