The Silver Ferns can see some synergy between their World Cup journey and the All Blacks' current endeavour in Japan

The Silver Ferns can see some synergy between their World Cup journey and the All Blacks' current endeavour in Japan

The Ferns overturned a four game losing streak against England by beating the Roses in their semi-final en route to winning the final against Australia.

The All Blacks meet Ireland in Saturday's rugby World Cup quarter-final, with the Irish winning two of their past three encounters.

Defender Phoenix Karaka hopes the All Blacks can take confidence from how the Silver Ferns rebounded in Liverpool.
