    Canterbury District Health Board is extending its sympathy... to the family of the victim of yesterday's fatal police pursuit


    The man killed in the Fendalton crash worked at Christchurch Hospital.

    CDHB Chief Executive, David Meates , says they're profoundly saddened by the death and offering their condolences to his family at this time.

    Five other people were hospitalised in the incident.
