The Tenancy Tribunal has ordered a property owner to pay 22-thousand to their tenant for breaching their obligations

The Tenancy Tribunal has ordered a property owner to pay 22-thousand to their tenant for breaching their obligations

The Auckland property was damp and mouldy, and had window sills rotted right through.

The tenant's suffered health problems because of the state of the Glen Eden property.

New Zealand Property Investors Federation Executive Officer Andrew King says it's a disgrace and wrong to keep a property in that condition.
