The Lower Hutt man accused of murdering Lois Tolley has pleaded not guilty

The Lower Hutt man accused of murdering Lois Tolley has pleaded not guilty

The 27 year old appeared in the High Court at Wellington today, where he pleaded not guilty to charges including murder, and assault with intent to rob.

Lois Tolley was the victim of an execution style attack in 2016.

Police say four men entered her Upper Hutt home and shot her at point blank.

The name of the accused will remain suppressed until his case review in February next year.
