A well-known Taupo motel's been put up for sale

A well-known Taupo motel's been put up for sale

The 13-unit Rainbow Point Motel, on Charles Crescent, is one of the town's earliest motels - having been built in 1962.

Real estate agent Terry Campbell says it's a rare jewel for any smart investor.

He says it could continue as a motel - or be transformed for residential development.

Campbell says the chance to secure a 33-hundred-square-metre site is rare.
