    Highlanders coach Aaron Mauger expects to have Tony Brown at his disposal next year


    The Japanese assistant has pledged his allegiance to Jamie Joseph as candidates try to establish their All Blacks coaching credentials.

    Brown is also contracted to be one of Mauger's assistants in Super Rugby 2020, something the latter maintains will still happen.
