A summer boom and market pressures could see record housing prices continue

Real Estate Institute data shows new highs last month, with the national median now 607-thousand-500-dollars - the first time the bar's passed 600-thousand.
Chief executive Bindi Norwell says it's due to a regional boom - with six regions breaking their own record median prices.
She says summer's a busy time for real estate - which could increase pressure in the regional market.
