    Whanganui Police want to hear from people who saw a vehicle that was involved in a fatal crash nine days ago


    68-year-old Jeanette Gibbs died when she was hit riding her 50cc scooter along Anzac Parade about 6.15 pm on Saturday, November 9

    Police are asking anyone to contact them who saw a dark-coloured Toyota Estima van in the area up to half an hour beforehand.

    A 41-year-old local man has been charged with manslaughter.
