A class action's being launched against a failed education provider - accused of "woeful management practices"

Adina Thorn Lawyers is mounting the fully-funded action against the Intueri Education Group, which was put into liquidation in 2017.
A Tertiary Education Commission report on the Group found it failed to meet proper ethical standards, seriously misleading investors using embellished data and profit figures.
The Group operated a number of colleges like the Cut Above Academy, and the Design and Arts College of New Zealand.
