    Significant power price hikes ... could be in the wind for some in Otago


    Aurora Energy is proposing investing 400-million-dollars over three-years in infrastructure for electricity in Dunedin, Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes.

    Chief executive, Richard Fletcher, is inviting customers to have their say on the draft proposal.

    He says higher prices would be difficult for some, but otherwise the networks' safety and reliability will keep deteriorating.
