A teen who plotted a terror attack in 2017 is back in custody

A teen who plotted a terror attack in 2017 is back in custody

The man - now 20 - was 17 when he planned to ram a car into a group of people in Christchurch then stab them.

Today he was back on the dock at the Christchurch District Court - accused of failing to comply with his intensive supervision order.

He's also facing two charges of threatening behaviour towards staff where he's been staying.

The man's been remanded in custody until next week.
