A second man has appeared in court in relation to the cold case murder of Lois Tolley
2 December 2019
The 30-year-old was found dead in her Upper Hutt home in 2016.
In September, a 27-year-old man was charged with murdering her.
Now, another 27-year-old has been charged in relation to her death.
He has appeared in the Manukau District Court today, charged with aggravated burglary and two charges of assault with intent to rob.
He's been remanded in custody and will reappear in February.
Detective Inspector Scott Miller says it's pleasing to bring another person before the courts, and Police are continuing to pursue other suspects.
