Trent Boult and Colin de Grandhomme continue to be under the watch of the medical staff as the Black Caps get used to being under lights

Trent Boult and Colin de Grandhomme continue to be under the watch of the medical staff as the Black Caps get used to being under lights

The duo missed the second cricket test against England with rib and abdominal issues respectively, though were cleared to travel across the Tasman ahead of the first test in Perth, starting Thursday night.

However both will undergo further fitness tests if they're to play.

Paceman Tim Southee is hopeful they both will, as de Grandhomme in particular, has been fantastic in pink ball matches.
