They have cancelled the accreditation of long-time agent Gavin Orr for claims he knowingly aided the breach of salary cap rules.
Orr, who represents the likes of Jason Taumalolo and Valentine Holmes, will appeal the ruling in February and is free to continue working until then.
Isaac Moses, who represents Stephen Kearney and Cameron Smith, has been issued a show-cause, meaning he has to explain to the NRL why his accreditation shouldn't be cancelled.
The decisions come after the months of NRL integrity unit investigations.
