Sixty-year-old Wendy Sedon left her home in Onehunga about 7pm on Monday.
Police have serious concerns for her safety and well-being.
Sedon is deaf and communicates by writing on pieces of paper.
She's 165 centimetres tall with grey shoulder length hair, and was last seen wearing a white top and a long red skirt.
Sedon may have been pushing a pram full of clothing, with a colourful striped covering.
