    Concerns that Wellington's been shortchanged by the Government's new infrastructure scheme


    Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive John Milford says the region's missing crucial projects, such as a second Mount Victoria tunnel, and Let's Get Wellington Moving.

    He says the plan is great overall, but Wellington could have done better.
