Two people have been hurt in a house fire in Porirua

Both of them have been taken to hospital, one with serious burns, after the blaze in Maher Place.

And a pregnant woman has been treated for breathing difficulties after a boarding house fire on Auckland's Great North Road in Henderson.

Both fires are now out but crews are still there.
