    Two people have been seriously injured, and another moderately, after a crash between a truck and ute on State Highway 1 near Whakapara

    Two people have been seriously injured, and another moderately, after a crash between a truck and ute on State Highway 1 near Whakapara


    Emergency services were called to the scene just after 4:30pm.

    The road is currently closed between Jordan Valley and Hukerenui roads and traffic diversions are in place.

    Power lines are also down in the area.
