    Average household incomes in New Zealand have topped one hundred thousand dollars


    Figures released today by Statistics New Zealand show the average annual household income in 2019 increased by 3.4 percent to 102,613 dollars.

    The median household income - a better measure of middle incomes - grew by only 1.3 percent to 80,354 dollars.
