Neil Wagner has been granted a delayed arrival into the Black Caps' test squad to play India

Neil Wagner has been granted a delayed arrival into the Black Caps' test squad to play India

The paceman is with his wife awaiting the birth of his first child but is expected to arrive in time for training at the Basin Reserve Thursday morning.

The first test starts on Friday.

Paceman Trent Boult says he knows what Wagner will be like, after welcoming his own second child in recent weeks.

Boult has declared himself fit from a broken right hand that has kept him sidelined since the Boxing Day test.
