Public transport will be limited around the country when New Zealand moves to Alert Level four

Public transport will be limited around the country when New Zealand moves to Alert Level four

Most buses, ferries and trains will run on a Sunday schedule after tomorrow - and be limited to those who can still work - or those heading to the doctors or supermarkets

Aucklanders will still be able to use their Hop cards - but Auckland Transport says they must enter through the rear door, unless they're using wheelchairs or mobility chairs.

Wellington's Metlink is urging its mobility impaired passengers to phone ahead or find out about other mobility solutions, as it closes its front door to everyone.

Environment Canterbury is following suit, but won't charge fares to its passengers - to avoid cash exchanges.
