Repair work on Wellington's water infrastructure continue during the lockdown period

Repair work on Wellington's water infrastructure continue during the lockdown period

Urgent repairs will continue to be carried out repairing a major CBD pipe bust on Willis Street.

Wellington Mayor Andy Foster says trucks will also be moving sludge to the landfill while a wastewater pipe remains down.

He says sewage is still flowing, so while they deal with the pipe trucks still travel from Moa Point to the landfill.
